If you are using these colors for your wedding, it's definitely about choosing whether you want to go with pastel version or bold colors. Pastel is more suited for spring weddings, while the bold pinks and greens are great for summer. When it comes to celebrating a birthday party, make sure the theme of the party matches the child's personality. You want them to look back and be happy that they had a great birthday party. No one wants to look back and wonder why their parents ever thought that theme was appropriate for one of their birthday parties. So, when it comes to planning a birthday party, you want to have as many option as you can to pick from. How about a roaring dinosaur birthday party for your little one? This party is sure to please and is absolutely adorable!

Party Invitations – Of course, your party invitations immediately show off the theme of the party. So, if it's a dinosaur party, create a dinosaur, dino egg or even a dinosaur footprint with all the party's details. If you're creative, you can design your own. However, if that's not your thing, you can always visit your local party store and you'll find a variety of party invitations to choose from.

Dinosaur Party Decor – Of course, think about dinosaurs for your party decor. You don't have to go all out if you're throwing this for a little girl, however, if it's for a boy, dinosaurs around the party are a must. If it's for a little girl, choose colors like pink or purple and green for the party colors.

Blow up balloons and use colored twine and dip it in ModPodge, wrap around the balloon, let dry and then pop it. The result looks like a dinosaur egg, which you can place around the party. You can even make those tissue balls and hang them from the ceiling. Use tulle or mesh and balloons for decor.

For the boys, you can do the same decorations and then add dinosaur footprints everywhere, dino blowups, posters or create a jungle setting. These party d ecorations combined together makes the perfect setting for this theme.

How Dinosaurs Eat – When it comes to the food, you can keep it simple. However, put a fun twist on it and use dinosaur cookie cutters and cut your food out with those, like sandwiches, burgers and your cookies. Other than that, keep it simple with vegetables and fruits. For the birthday cake, you can either do cupcakes or a party cake that goes with the dinosaur theme. You can even create a dino cake for the birthday boy or girl and create cupcakes that feature eggs for the guests.

Party Activities -There are cute party activities that go along with this party theme. First off, start with an egg hunt. You can either do this indoors or outside and place candy filled eggs throughout the entire house. You can even make a scavenger hunt out of this if the kids are older. Next up, get a sandbox or even smaller containers and hide dino bones or plastic dinosaurs in them, give the children paint brushes and some shovels and let them go to work on their dinosaur dig. All the kids will truly enjoy this!

Say Thanks – To say thank you for coming to my party, create dinosaur tails for them. How cute is that? You can make one for the boys and girls and even hand out a dinosaur egg with candy.

When planning a party, you keep up with the latest trends. Even within events and parties, trends change. This includes party invitations. There are really some fun ways that you can invite guests to your party that is creative and truly out-of-the-box. Invitations are such an important part of your party since they immediately show off the theme of your event, therefore, they must be special. Invitation & A Gift – What better way to get your guests more into your party than with a gift? It doesn't have to be big, just attach something small to the invitation. Small paperweights, bookmarks or even a cd with a few songs that conveys the theme of your party are all wonderful gifts to include with the party invitation.

Video Or CD – A creative way to invite guests is to send them a little DVD with a movie on it inviting them. How Does Everyone Else Celebrate Valentine's Day?

We all think that Valentine's Day is all about showing the love, reds, pinks, purples and candied hearts, however, is that how everyone else celebrates? What do other people around the world do to celebrate Valentine's Day? Do they all plan romantic dates and give each other chocolates and flowers? It's interesting to see how everyone else does celebrate this holiday, since most people don't celebrate the holidays exactly the same. Wedding and Party Network is bringing you how every around the world celebrates Valentine's Day.

Brazil – They actually celebrate this holiday on June 12th and call it "Dias dos Namorados". Even though it's a different day, they still celebrate by exchanging flowers, presents and chocolates. It's actually celebrated on the 12th since the 13th is Saint Anthony's Day when single women perform "simpatias" or rituals in an effort to find a good boyfriend.

South Korea – On February 14th or White Day, the men give candy or gifts to the women. On April 14th, the women who didn't receive anything go to restaurants to eat black noodles to mourn the fact that they don't have a special love in their life. The 14th of just about every month represents love in some way, such as Kiss Day, Wine Day and Hug Day.

Slovenia – They celebrate this holiday on February 14th and focuses on the proverb, " St. Valentines bring the keys of roots". It is the day that they believe the flowers start growing, so farmers and vineyard workers work to plant seeds. It is also believed that they birds got married on this day. So, children traditionally make boats holding candles from wood and paper and send them downstream.

Japan – Instead of the guys showing love, it's the women who are expected to buy gifts. They buy chocolates for their closest friends, bosses and coworkers. However, that someone special in their life expects something more. On March 14th, the guys return the favor.

South Africa – They make Valentine's Day into a huge celebration. Week long parties, romantic dates and the observance of "Lupercalia" where you wear your lover's named pinned on your sleeve. What a great way to celebrate!

France – The people of France celebrate the same way that Americans do. However, they used to practice a custom called, "drawing for" Valentine's Day. Unmarried people would go into houses that faced each other and call out the window to pair off.

Yes, it's a play off Alice in Wonderland and it's a fun party theme that absolutely everyone will enjoy! Also, remember, this party can be thrown on any day of the year. Just like in the movie, the un-birthday tea party wasn't on the Mad Hatter's birthday. Wedding and Party Network has a few party tips to make this un-birthday bash a huge celebration.

Over-The-Top Party Cake

Party Invitations – Your party invitations definitely need a Wonderland-esque theme. Make sure to have a riddle or poem for the wording on the invitation. It can be in the shape of a funky hat, cards, smoke or find inspiration from the Queen of Hearts.

Un-Birthday Decorations – Again, find inspiration through this fun Disney movie. Make tea cups and teapots the center of attention at this party.
