Wedding Songs - Perfect for the Ceremony, First Dance and Reception

With so many songs to choose from, the thought of deciding on ceremony music, a song for the first dance, and memorable songs for the reception, might seem overwhelming. You might worry, “What if I am forgetting some good ones?” No need to run out and buy every “Wedding Music” CD that you can find just to get some good wedding songs. There are several songs appropriate for the wedding festivities. In fact, there are even some Wedding and Party Network favorites. After much discussion with friends, family and co-workers, I came up with a pretty good list of popular wedding songs and the artist who sings them. You might even find one of your favorites.

Top 10 Favorite Wedding Songs

  1. Heaven – Bryan Adams
  2. Unchained Melody – The Righteous Brothers
  3. Forever – Kiss

  6. When You Say Nothing at All – Ronan Keating

Using Top 10 Wedding Songs At Your Wedding

These songs are great for the ceremony or the reception. For use as wedding ceremony music, you can have an orchestra play the instrumental version.  Another way to get the delicate sound of the instrumental version is to use a sound system during the wedding ceremony to play a pre-recorded version of the song. These songs are also great for the “first dance”. The first dance song is the most important song of the wedding reception, so be sure to choose a song that is as memorable as it is special. One way to make it special is to have the wedding dj announce what the songs means to the couple before he plays it.

Always romantic and definite wedding crowd pleasers, the top 10 wedding songs listed above are a great starting point to begin your search for wedding music!  The perfect wedding music is defined by you.  After all it is your day!
