Comment: If I could rate Flowers By Patricia on a higher scale I would. I would give them a 15+ they are the best I have ever seen. Great prices and I have always been very happy with their flowers and plants. My Mom cried the first time I sent her flowers in a basket by "Flowers By Patricia", they last so long and the arrangement is so beautiful. You have no idea unless you call. The people are so very helpful with what you want and need. I live very close to Conn. and I will always call them for my needs.
