Comment: I found Gina's after my other flower shop closed. This one is much better than the last. Gina is as beautiful as her flowers/arrangements, and smells just as good. They will go out of their way to please and accommadate even at short notice. A recent, short notice, funeral I requested something special. I left this message on their ansering machine, as I was leaving my home. By the time I got to their place of business, it was done and better than I expected.

Comment: She loved the flowers that were delivered to her at Sandy Cove...just a thought as to how to get more/better feedback from your customers; you should offer a discount of a future purchase for feedback given. This way you get both feedback and you lock in a previous customer from becoming somebody elses customer down the road or the next time?? What do you think?? :-)
