The only complaint I would have is that the packet of powder that prolongs the life of the flowers was missing. However, I am changing out the water and cutting the stems, and still have most of the arrangement. Beautiful job!!

I've tried other places such as FTD (who are supposed to be the flower "experts") and they do not hold a candle to the level of service and quality of product I received from Kori's.
