They have consistently delivered arrangements that meet or exceed my expectations and on the one occasion that the arrangement was not right (because Kelly Greens was only the originating florist but the arrangement was done in another city) they returned the full $ amount for the order and called the other florist while I was there to take them to task.

Comment: I learned of a funeral just before New Year's day and was scrambling to find a florist that could deliver to the funeral home. Donna was more than accomodating on such short notice and her service is appreciated more than she will ever know.
