The only negatives were the basket wasn't very nice and the attached card was unprofessional; the handwriting wasn't very nice and there were some misspellings. Otherwise, I was very impressed, especially considering from whence it came (family run, small-town Vail!)!

Comment: I ordered by phone birthday flowers for a dear friend in Corano. I was a little anxious as I had experienced negative results in the past from out of town request. But Vail Flowers did a wonderful job with a beautiful arrangement of assorted flowers and was delivered very quickly. When I received a phone call from the birthday friend, I couldn't believe the flowers were already on her dining room table. She did not even know this florist wss in the area but will use them when she needs flowers. Great job, thanks again for great customer service.
