Comment: I wanted to take the time to thank your business for helping me today. I placed a simple flower order to a friend today but was very impressed with the way it was handled by your staff. I wish that I would have gotten the ladies name that was more than so helpful with me, because she handled the order in a professional manner from the time she said hello to the time we said good bye. before calling Allen'sI tried to call FTD direct. I was not pleased with the way things were being handled on the phone with them so I simply asked for the number to a local flower shop who I could talk directly to. Whoever I talked to at Allen's answered with a friendly hello and gave me different options to choose from. It is service like this that keeps customers comming back.
