Comment: I have not heard from the recipient of the flowers so as a result, I don't truly know if they were received or not - a delivery confirmation would be a helpful feature to add to your service.

Comment: I live in AZ and wanted to send my Mom flowers/plant for Mother's day in IN. I had good luck with this company. After I ordered they called to tell me that they were out of that selection. I described what I wanted and the lady said she would take care of it. My Mom got her flowers on time and she just raved about how gorgeous they were. I am thankful that everything turned out right and there were no delays in my order. I always worry about ordering over the internet and not being there in person for selections. The website was easy to navagate and the lady that called me with the issue was great! I will order again from this company.

Comment: Was hesitant of ordering from a smaller, local company for delivery at first but flowers arrived on time and fresh. They were described as "lovely" and "extravagant" from the recipient which I deem to be a success. Will definitely be using again for other holidays which requires flowers to be sent in their area.
