Comment: Everything was very organized and prompt! The only concern I had was that I ordered pink roses for a specific reason. The roses I got were "tiger striped" I guess. Maybe a hybrid?!??!! I'm not really sure what to call them but the picture was of pink roses with no other colors in them. Just pink! And the description was for pink roses. It didn't specify anywhere that they may not be all pink, that they may be pink hybrids or something. I would expect for there to be a disclaimer or an accurate description if you weren't getting what is pictured or described. Other than that though everything was very smooth and very pleasant. Also the lady that called to be sure my wife was at home was very friendly. It's like I could tell she was smiling while on the phone! Two thumbs up!!
