Comment: Encore Florist is the best that I have ever dealt with. I only had a problem one time where the recipient did not receive the floral arrangement and when I contacted Encore, they were more than helpful in checking out the delivery problem further. When Encore did find out that the problem was with the florist they had to contact, Encore immediately credited my account with no further questions. What wonderful customer service they have.
