Comment: Excellent service, manager corrected an oversite on my order (order was missed over a holiday weekend due to problems with computer printer) by sending order out the day the oversite was noted, with a complimentary upgrade on the bouquet size. I will be quick to use them in the future!

Comment: I purchase flowers from Concord Designs now Bloom City florists numerous times over the course of the year for Valentine's day, my wife's Birthday, and our anniversary and they are great every time. Mistakes have been made in the past, but they are quick to correct them and my wife has been ecstatic the past few times she has brought them home from work! Her co-workers go home jealous and I know I did a good job with their help. Thank you!
