Comment: During my recent recovery from multiple surgeries, I received several deliveries from friends who ordered from McKeans. The delivery guy carried the flowers and baskets to the kitchen because I could not lift them. The flowers and baskets were beautiful and fresh. An azalea plant was in partial bloom and is still in flower three weeks later. This is an outstanding florist with quality flowers and exceptional customer service.

Comment: I have lived throughout the province of Nova SCotia and currently live outside of New Glasgow, however, I continue to use McKean's flowers. I use them both in New Glasgow and for product in the area where I live and abroad.

The rates at McKean's are certainly competative, and are actually very reasonable when you consider the exceptional quality that you get in both service and product.

I find their service to be excellent. They are always available to discuss options and assist me with finding the perfect choice for whatever occasion I need.

Their quality is second to none. I have tried other flower shops but have never had the quality and service that I recieve with McKeans so I continue to return.

Comment: I have ordered from McKeans countless times over the years, including from outside the country for local delivery to friends and family back home. Every time, the flowers were beautiful, the delivery timely and the service exceptional. I always know I can trust them to deliver the best quality. When I leave the arranging in their expert hands, the final product is always outstanding.

Additionally, I am pleased with their policy regarding fair trade flowers. I know this isn't a common practice in Nova Scotia, and I commend them on their efforts to improve the quality of life for growers outside of Canada by only buying flowers from companies with fair labour policies.

I wouldn't buy flowers anywhere else!
