He advised me that my grandmother's favorite flowers were out of season and would cost hundreds of dollars to fly in from overseas but that he could do an arrangement with similar looking flowers. The arrangement turned out beautifully. The flowers and customer service were great. Thank you for helping me through such a stressful event.
