Comment: Glenn went above and beyond with his customer service. There was a malfunction with the computer and he did not receive the order. I called him the next morning after placing the order online, and even though the funeral services were at 1 pm on that day, he still got the order ready and delivered it on time. The grapevine wreath was exceptional and more than we could have asked for.
