Catering Creations catered the rehearsal dinner for us in October. She did a beautiful job with the presentation as well as the taste of the food. Many, many people told me that it was the best food they had ever had at such a function. I could not have been more pleased. Thank you so much, Penny.

I can only try to put in words how perfect Catering Creations was for our reception. Penny is so easy to work with from start to finish. She always had options for me when I could express what exactly I wanted. She went over every detail with me and answered all my questions. She was never hard to get in touch with when I changed my mind or had a question.
We had about 200 people at our reception and if anyone went hungry it was their fault. The portions were more than expected. The presentation was spectacular. Our fall theme was carried out just as I had hoped with flowers, gourds, and even sculptures. We took two plates full with us on our honeymoon. Everything was so delicious only some of one plate made it there. I still get compliments from our guests about how wonderful the food tasted.
They also did our rehearsal dinner so we were together over the course of two days. Everyone on the team is delightful and always looking for a way to help. Thanks Catering Creations!

to make sure that we got what we wanted for the price we thought we could afford. She had plenty of choices to choose from, it was very hard
to make the decision on what to have. She was never pushy and was willing to make suggestions when we felt "stuck". Believe me, we changed our mind several times but Penny took it in stride and worked the changes until I was satisfied. During all this time, we never had a problem getting in touch with her, she was always prompt in returning our calls. She met with us at the reception location and gave her ideas on the set up and the presentation. Even when I started worrying about not having enough food, she was there to ease my worries and she was checking in with me at least once a week to make sure I didn't need anything and that we were ok. Penny and her staff did an absolutely fantastic job at my daughter's bridal reception 8 Aug 09. They were a pleasure to work with. The food was fantastic and we could not have asked for better support. We received many compliments. I would highly recommend Catering Creations.

I used Creative Catering for my son's Groom's Table. I had several ideas but no creativity and they just took it and ran. I was very, very pleased with their work.
I was so stressed and they would just calm me down and assure me that everything was going to be fine.
It was more than fine, I had so many compliments after the wedding.
On a scale of 1 to 10, they were a 10.
From the beginning, Penny was so cordial and let me decide how much they could do for me. She would have done as much or as little as I wanted.

Penny and her staff at Catering Creations by CruLaRo were wonderful for our daughter’s wedding in October 2009. The wedding reception was held at the Huntsville Botanical Gardens, and Penny and her staff set up, served the Grandparents, kept items supplied and completed all the clean up. She also delivered an early Sunday morning Brunch for our friends and family, many who flew in for the wedding. The food was hot and delicious.
As the mother of the Bride, living in California, the communication was wonderful. She was great to work with not only in selecting the food for the wedding, but also the brunch. The food was ample for both. She provided wonderful samples for us to select from when I was in town visiting and also met with the bride and groom for the final selection.
I would recommend that if you live in the greater Huntsville, AL area she would be the best choice you could make for any event that you are planning.

From the very first moment we met with Penny all the stress and worry about the catering for the reception went away. She was calm, reassuring and patient with us while we were deciding what to have. They did everything they said they would do and Penny, Kay and their crew came through for us at the reception. They were prompt, always professional and the food was great. We are still getting great reviews from our friends on the food. Thanks again to Penny, Kay and their crew for a stress free job well done.

What is there NOT great to say about Penny and Catering Creations! Penny and her team were absolutely phenominal!!! Penny gave great service, beautiful presentation and served with kindness. Penny worked with me and my Performing Arts Center for our Grand Opening and our guests are still talking about their great food & services. From here on I will ALWAYS look to Penny & Catering Creations for any of my catering needs. I can honestly say...."you would be CRAZY to not give Catering Creations a try" A 5 star excellence catering service you will recieve!

Penny did our 50th wedding dinner, it was the best food, the best service, and decorated to the nines. They cannot be beat, give Penny and her group a try, you will not regret it. You will be amazingly surprized at the service she provides. Thank you Penny for a night we will never forget!!!

We were more than pleased with the food at our daughters reception on April 7, 2012. We had many compliments from people attending the reception that the food was delicious. More than that, your professionalism was impeccable. We were glad that we added the Mashed Potato Bar. It was awesome and very popular. Your personal kindness was also very much appreciated.
