Finding A Hawaiian Theme Birthday Cake In Minnesota

I am trying to plan and through a surprise Birthday party for my Aunts 50th Birthday up in MN from NE. I haven’t had any luck in finding a cake to go along with her Hawaiian theme birthday party. Her favorite colors are Pink and Sapphire Blue. I really liked the Beach Time Bridal shower cake but would like to personalize it a bit. Could/Can it be done? The party isn’t until the end of September so I have some time yet but I’d like to get the ball rolling and place an order as far in advanced if at all possible.
