There are so many things to think about before while planning your wedding. There are also many little things to think of that may actually slip your mind. What's one of them? Break in your wedding shoes. How do you do this? Wear your wedding shoes on different surfaces and around the house. Also, stand in one place for a few minutes to check the comfort of those shoes, add stockings in you plan on wearing them and walk on a slippery surface. If you find that they are just too uncomfortable you can find another pair of shoes. It's smart to break in your shoes earlier so you know whether or not they're going to work.

Wedding Tip of the Week – Wedding Colors
When planning your wedding, one of the first steps you do is to pick your wedding colors. This seems like a daunting task since these colors will be in every part of your wedding. So this week we have a few tips on helping you choose your wedding color palette.
- Draw Inspiration from Your Location – If you already have your location in mind, draw inspiration from that. Your venue may have colors already worked into the decor so make sure your palette doesn't clash with those.
- Use Swatches – Sometimes it's hard to visualize your colors together. This is where swatches come into play. They can help your visualize how your colors will be together. You may have pink and orange but then you actually see them together, you may change your mind.
- What Mood Do You Want to Create? – Your color creates the mood for your wedding as soon as someone enters your wedding. Are you wanting to create a large, upscale event or a fun and exciting wedding? Color helps create this from the very beginning.
- Lighting is Important – Some may overlook lighting, but it's extremely important. It can have an impact on how your colors look. You can also use your color scheme to create warm and inviting space or to brighten up a room.
- How? – How will you incorporate these colors into your wedding? Think about how you will incorporate your color scheme into your wedding with your flowers, decor and bridesmaid dresses.

Wedding Tip of the Week – Wedding Registry
Now that you're engaged, it's time to start planning your wedding. However, have you thought of everything in between planning your wedding? Have you thought about your wedding registry? This sounds like the fun part, but yet it can be stressful. What dishes do you register for, what kitchen appliances do you need and what about bedding? So, we've come up with a few tips to make this process a little less stressful.
- Make sure you have PLENTY of time – Make sure you have no prior commitments that day so you can spend as much time as you like in the store. It takes longer than you think.
- Have a strategy – Talk with your significant other beforehand. Discuss if you would like certain styles, color schemes or appliances.
- What's in your home now? – See what you have already. Decide if that blender can stay or go or if you need an updated microwave.
- Choose different price points – This is for your guests. Not everyone can spend $100 for a gift and not everyone only wants to spend $10 for an item as well. Provide variety for your guests.
- Ask for advice – If you have friends who are recently married, ask them for advice. What did they use and what haven't they used? What was useful for them? While your needs maybe a little different, advice is always good to have before you register.

Wedding Tip of the Week – Creating a Wedding Budget
Need help sticking to your wedding budget? This week's wedding tip gives you a few ideas on cutting costs but still having your dream wedding.
- Keep it realistic: A venue can be a big chunk of your budget, so think about gardens, beaches, parks of even your own backyard. Even get creative with your venue by having it at your college campus or where your proposal took place.
- Guest List – Keep the guest list simple. Don't invite every single person you know. Instead, invite the people you are closest with. The fewer guests you have at your wedding means fewer expenses on invitations, seating, food and postage.
- Wedding Decor – Your wedding doesn't have to have elaborate decorations. You can easily keep it simple by using items you, friends or family members already have within your home. You can also shop at thrift stores for unique vases, candles and unique antique pieces.
There are other numerous ways you can easily cut costs. Also, don't forget to talk with your vendors. They may have budget friendly packages or know of ways to cut costs as well.

Anette:
- Are you familiar with my venue? Do you book more than one wedding per date? Me: "no"
- Will you delivery flowers on my wedding day? Me: "Yes! I deliver to you personally and set up/ place all arrangements "
- How much of a deposit do you require? Me: $300.

- Is my budget amount reasonable? Yes/No
- Who will be designing my flowers? I will with help from staff
- Do you have suggestions for my theme/flowers? Yes/No

- Have you done wedding designs for any weddings within the last six months? Ans: Yes, we've done several. Some larger and contemporary with lots of color and some small and intimate with singular color like creame and whites.
- Do you offer package deals that bundle everything including wedding party flowers and some extras like church flowers and arch decorations? Ans: That's our specialty: "Bundling beauty and a budget." Not your kiddie faire.

We are very astute at working with couples as far away as New York, Indiana and Ohio to name a few. We use the electronic tools of today and stay on task through text, e-mail, cell phone and we are soon to add, skype.
- Do you provide flowers designs in silk as well as fresh cut? Ans: Yes we do arrangements in silk, fresh cut and sometimes a combination of the two.
- What kind of deposit do you require and what does it cover? Ans: We require a Good Faith deposit of 10% which reserves your date of service and covers our consult and conferring time. It is part of the payment not an extra cost.
