Is it rude to only attend the wedding, but not the bachelorette party or bridal shower?
Answer:
If you are a guest and are invited to the wedding as well as the bachelorette party or the bridal shower, it is acceptable to decline the latter and only attend the wedding–just make sure to decline as soon as possible. Add an extra touch and send a gift and a card expressing your regret that you couldn’t attend.
