There are really no specific rules of who is invited and what you do at your rehearsal or dinner. However, it maybe a good idea to actually practice walking down the aisle and decide where everyone will stand at the rehearsal. However, as far as the rehearsal dinner goes, invite who you want. Of course, not everyone, but close family and friends.
