The Great Easter Egg Hunt
One of the first things that comes to mind when you think of Easter is the Easter egg hunt. However, take your hunt up a notch. Add some much-needed detailing to your egg hunt that the kids and even adults will love.
Easter Basket Station – First thing’s first, decorate an Easter basket. Set up a station for kids that will let them decorate their own basket. Place glue, feathers, jelly beans, plain baskets, quick drying paint, glitter, stones and whatever else you may think of so they can decorate their basket and get creative with it.
Egg Dying Station – Once done, have the kiddos move towards the egg dying station. Place out the hard-boiled eggs, dye and all the accessories to decorate the eggs. Kids will love this!
The Hunt Is On – While everyone is decorating their basket and eggs, start hiding fun-filled plastic eggs out in the yard and around the house. Fill up these plastic eggs with candy or plastic toys that the kids will be able to take home with them. Once the kids finish, send them on their way to hunt for those eggs. The one who finds the most, gets the grand prize. This can be a giant chocolate bunny or a fun-filled basket. Whatever you decide on, everyone will have an amazing time!
