However, on May 5th the unlikely defeat of the French army happened and it turned into a celebration.
How To Decorate
First off, think bright and colorful. Your party decorations will be fun and festive and you’ll more than likely find these items in your local party store around this time of year. Festive paper flowers, lanterns, streamers and pinatas are great party decorations to liven it up.
